Whether it’s for an international conference for up to 150 delegates or an exclusive meeting room, you will find our Quality conference programme tailor-made to suit your specific requirements and promises a successful event at Danubius Hotel Regent Park.

Each of the 11 conference rooms are fully air-conditioned with natural daylight, blakout and wireless internet. All rooms except the Park Suite have disabled access.

The hotel also has limited chargeable parking available.

Food for thought
Your menus will be tailor-made according to your requirements by our experienced chefs, and you can pick from our wide variety of food and beverage options. Have a good start in the morning with freshly brewed coffee, tea and home made pastries on arrival. Lunch can be served direct to your meeting room, or you can enjoy specialities or international cuisine in Minsky’s Restaurant. Alternatively, for a lighter menu, sample the Pavilion Lounge & Cafe.

Denis Compton Room
The largest meeting room in the hotel, this suite can host a banquet for up to 120 delegates or a reception for up to 170.

Tom Graveney Room
Ideal for private dinners and meetings with a capacity for up to 35 delegates theatre style, or 60 for a reception. Ideal for exhibitions with ground floor access and 3m ceiling.

The largest meeting room in the hotel, this suite can host a banquet for up to 140 delegates or a reception for up to 170.

Barrington Room
Ideal for training and presentation purposes, the Barrington Room offers a video wall and the very latest audio-visual equipment. The room is located on the Mezzanine floor and seats up to 20 delegates boardroom or 40 delegates theatre style.

Grace and Hobbs Room
Adjacent to the Barrington Room, these rooms are suitable for smaller meetings or ideal for syndicate work.

Wellington Suite
Located on the Mezzanine floor, this versatile room can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller meetings, or together can hold up to 90 delegates theatre style.

Central Park, Park Avenue, Park View
Combined, these rooms can hold up to 120 delegates theatre style or 130 delegates for a reception. Each room can also be separated for a private function or dinner.

All our Conference Rooms have natural daylight, blackout, air conditioning & Broadband internet.

 

 
 

 


Danubius Quality Conference – Our job is to make yours easier. A dedicated Quality conference member will be assigned to help plan, coordinate and assist you during every stage of your event, anticipating your every need and ensuring your satisfaction and possibly exceeding them!


Enjoy a visit to Minsky’s Restaurant, which serves a superb choice of carvery buffet and Deli dishes. We also have an à La Carte Menu with a great variety of dishes and also a Daily Menu that changes on a weekly basis with a choice of 2 or 3 courses.
