| Job Description: | The Danubius Hotel Regents Park, a four star property with 365 rooms, 11 conference rooms, ideally located for business and leisure guests is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist will include receiving guests in a professional and friendly manner, registering all customers, recording all their details in the Opera software, dealing with customers’ comments and complaints, handling all customers’ enquiries and providing accurate information, and running end of day procedures.
The ideal candidate for the position of Receptionist will have strong customer service experience, team working skills, IT knowledge (Opera experience required) and exposure to working in similar environment, needs to be very flexible with time and also must have a “Can Do” attitude.
